การอบรม เรื่อง จัดซื้อจัดจ้างอย่างไรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
วันที่ 16 - 17 มกราคม 2567 สำนักงานเลขานุการกรม จัดโครงการอบรม เรื่อง จัดซื้อจัดจ้างอย่างไรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ณ ห้องประชุม 3 ชั้น 3 อาคารนวัตกรรม และผ่านทางสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้วยโปรแกรม Zoom โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบด้านการจัดซื้อจัดจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ ได้รับมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างให้มีความถูกต้อง โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ สอดคล้องกับกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยยึดถือประโยชน์และความคุ้มค่าของส่วนราชการอย่างสูงสุด ทั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญ จากกรมบัญชีกลาง บรรยายให้ความรู้ในการอบรม
On January 16-17, 2024, Office of the Secretary organized a training program on "How to Procure Effectively" at the 3rd floor conference room of the Innovation Building and via electronic media with the Zoom program. The objective of the training program is to provide officials responsible for procurement and public property management with knowledge and understanding, and to improve the efficiency of the procurement process to be accurate, transparent, and verifiable, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations effectively, while taking into account the maximum benefit and efficiency of the government agency. The training program was honored to have lecturers with expertise from the Department of the Treasury to provide knowledge.
