On December 23, 2024. Ms. Usa Thonapalin, Director of ROAE3, assigned Ms. Pawalisa Sirikul, Senior Professional Economist and Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the meeting held at the Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office. Chaired by Ms. Sanguan Masena, Deputy Governor of Nakhon Phanom Province, the meeting focused on: 1) a list of farmers affected by the 2024 flood, and 2) a review of the Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan for 2025. Committee members, heads of government agencies, private sector representatives, and the public attended the meeting.
