On February 24, 2025, Miss Usa Thonapalin, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region3 (ROAE3), assign Mr. Yutthachat wongprathum, Expert Economist and Miss Pisamai Bunharat, Head of General Administration Division, along with ROAE3 officer, to participate in the Royal Tribute Ceremony on the Commemoration Day of King Buddha Loetla Naphalai, Buddhist Year 2025, at Thong Yai Auditorium, Udon Thani Provincial Hall.  The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Rachan Sunhua, Governor of Udon Thani Province, to lay floral trays and pay homage to the portrait of King Buddha Loetla Naphalai. Heads of government agencies, state enterprises, local administrative organizations, the private sector, and the people of Udon Thani Province participated in the ceremony with unity.
