On March 2, 2025, Miss Usa Thonapalin, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region3 (ROAE3), assign Ms. Wipawee Sritasoy, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst of the Agricultural Information Section, along with ROAE3 officer,to participated in a ceremony to "Pay Royal Tribute to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, King Rama IX, in commemoration of the National Skill Development Day 2025."
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Rachan Sunhua, Governor of Udon Thani Province, who led the offering of a royal tribute, including a bouquet of fresh flowers, incense, candles, and the "Golden Offering Tray," as well as reciting a royal tribute in honor of His Majesty as the "Father of Thai Crafts." This was a moment to pay respect and reflect on His Majesty's profound contributions to the Thai people. The event took place at Thong Yai Auditorium, Udon Thani Provincial Hall, with the participation of government officials, heads of agencies, civil servants, and distinguished guests from Udon Thani Province.
