ROAE3 conducted a field survey on the financial capital management of smallholder farmers in the areas of Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, and Nong Khai provinces.
From January 10 to February 5, 2024, Ms. Usa Thonapalin, the Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), assigned Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat, a plan and policy analyst at the professional level, and officers from the Agro Economic Zone Development Planning Group to conduct a field survey on the financial capital management of smallholder farmers for the fiscal year 2024 in the areas of Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, and Nong Khai provinces. The objective was to study the styles and behaviors of smallholder farmers in their use of financial capital.
