Mr. Paitoon Silaphat, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 9, assigned Ms. Yosaya Nilubon, a Practical Economist, Research and Evaluation Division, to be a speaker in the lecture on the integrated learning exchange activity between personnel under the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1-12 and external agencies, 2nd time/2025, between personnel under the Office of Agricultural Economics, Fiscal Year 2025, on the concept of preparing additional costs for greenhouse gas emissions in agricultural products, chaired by Mr. Nikorn Saengket, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 8. This learning exchange activity was organized to increase personnel potential and develop work quality under the project to promote agency development. There were participants in the learning exchange activity from both the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 1-12 and officials from the central office.
