Mr. Paitoon Silaphat, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 9, assigned Ms. Sudarat Sae-Ui, a senior economist, to attend the 1/2025 meeting of the Satun Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Subcommittee at the Satun Provincial Administrative Organization Tourism Information Center Meeting Room, Mueang District, Satun Province
Chaired by Mr. Chaiwat Buathong, Satun Provincial Secretary. The meeting reported on the progress of agricultural work under the 9 policies of the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Asst. Prof. Dr. Narumon Pinyosinwat) for fiscal year 2025. In this regard, the Office of Agricultural Economics 9 presented the agricultural economic situation in 2024 and the outlook for 2025 in Satun Province, as well as presenting research results on supply chain management and management approaches to increase the value of agricultural waste materials, a case study of rice straw (Songkhla, Phatthalung, Trang, and Satun), for farmers to further utilize.
