The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 showcases an exhibition to promote Public AI system at the Commemoration of the Establishment of the Reclamation Project for Degraded Land at Khao Chakhum and World Soil Day 2024
On Thursday, December 26, 2024, Mr. Kijsart Onngernthayakorn, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 10 (OAE 10), together with Mr. Nantaporn Buaem, Director of the Agricultural Information Section, and staffs from the Agricultural Information Section, participated in the commemoration of the establishment of the project to study methods for the reclamation of degraded land at Khao Chakhum and World Soil Day 2024. General Chalit Pukpasuk, Privy Councillor, presided over the ceremony.
In this event, OAE 10 showcased an exhibition to promote awareness and provide information on Agricultural Big Data , specifically on the use of the Public AI system of OAE. This system was developed to provide agricultural knowledge and recommend suitable agricultural activities for specific areas by gathering and processing data, presenting it in an easy-to-understand format. Additionally, the system was designed to be user-friendly for users at all levels.
The exhibition at the commemoration of the establishment of the Khao Chakhum Degraded Land Reclamation Project and World Soil Day 2024 is open to government agencies, private sector organizations, students, and the general public. The exhibition will be available from December 26, 2024, until January 5, 2025.
