"OAE 11 Holds Staff Meeting for February 2025"
              On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, Ms. Phiramsri Boonthon, Acting Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE 11) in Ubon Ratchathani, chaired the monthly staff meeting. The meeting aimed to exchange information and discuss the operational strategies for the month. Several key topics were addressed, including:
            • Budget Expenditure Report for FY 2025: A report on the office’s budget expenditures for the fiscal year 2025, along with plans to maximize the benefits from the allocated funds.
             • Performance Report for FY 2025: An evaluation of the office's performance in the previous fiscal year, along with suggestions for improvement and development.
             • Cybersecurity Awareness: Providing staff with knowledge and recommendations on how to protect digital data, enhancing online security for all employees.
              • Meeting to Enhance Operational Efficiency of Agricultural Economics Offices in the Northeastern Region, in Collaboration with the Agricultural Information Center (AIC): Discussions on improving the efficiency of the agricultural economics offices in the northeastern region, working together with the AIC.
               • Ongoing Development Projects at OAE 11: Projects focused on enhancing the office’s capabilities and potential to improve services for farmers and the public in the region.
               • Performance Indicators for the 2025 Government Performance Commitment: A review of the performance indicators and monitoring processes in line with the government’s commitment, ensuring effective operations and achieving the set targets. The meeting served as a platform to strengthen collaboration between different agencies and improve operational efficiency across all areas of OAE 11. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of cybersecurity and the continuous development of work to achieve shared goals.
