On August 30, 2024, Ms. Thanphicha Theraratchanon, Director of Office of Agricultural Economics Region 2 (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok), along with officers of ROAE2 organized a public welfare volunteer activity to donate second-hand clothes and money to the Phuttarak Fund, Phutthachin Hospital, Phitsanulok Province, to help terminally ill patients, as a royal merit on the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother's birthday on August 12, 2024, and His Majesty the King's 6th cycle birthday on July 28, 2024.
