  3. Study, analyze and recommend a policy framework for budget preparation. Economic suitability analyze. manipulate plans and scheme as well as evaluate an operation and expenditure budget of MOAC
  4. Study, analyze also prepare policy proposals, measures or guidelines about development regarding agricultural population, agricultural loan and development regarding to farmer institutions, farmer organization as well as the National Farmers Council
  5. Study, analyze, prepare policy proposals, measures, and guidelines for logistics system development and management as well as development on network connections systems and agricultural investment
  6. Cooperate or support the operations of other related or assigned units
