Workshop on “Workforce Management Planning of the Office of Agricultural Economics for 2023 - 2027 (Phase 2)
On August 19, 2024, Miss Patcha Pongsai Expert on Human Resources Management, participated in a workshop titled "Manpower Management Plan Development for the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) for 2023-2027, Phase 2," held from August 19-20, 2024, at Sriplang Meeting Room, 8th Floor, Vision Building, Office of Agricultural Economics.
The workshop aimed to equip participants with knowledge and understanding of policies, principles, and workforce planning analysis. Participants engaged in the creation of actual work process data that reflects the real workload of the OAE and detailed information about the overall personnel structure of the OAE from various perspectives. The workshop also addressed anticipated problems in the near future, the preparation of proposals, and strategies for preventing and resolving issues related to manpower structure, ensuring effective human resource management in response to current changing situations and future trends. Additionally, it served as a guideline for more efficient manpower utilization and personnel development within the OAE.
The workshop was honored by the presence of Dr. Watchawit Keeratikusitroj, Chairman of Harvard Asia Consulting Co., Ltd., who delivered a lecture, shared knowledge, and exchanged experiences with the participants.
