Mission
1. Study, analyze, and research to prepare the budget and operational plan of the Office of Agricultural Economics in line with the operational plan of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
2. Implement the policies, projects, and plans of the Office, monitor and evaluate the results to propose guidelines for improvement and development of work practices.
3. Plan work, manpower, and develop and enhance the competence of personnel to meet work standards and in line with the mission.
4. Handle complaints, accusations, disciplinary actions, and promote discipline and ethics among officials.
5. Establish an efficient management system and provide financial, fiscal, and procurement advice to enable management to operate efficiently and transparently.
6. Disseminate information to the public and personnel within the organization quickly, accurately, and comprehensively using modern and effective media.
7. Develop an information system for the management of the Office of Agricultural Economics.
