OST donated a government vehicle to Yang Hak Temple, Tha Pha, Ban Pong, Ratchaburi.
On September 12, 2024, Mr. Siprai Bunyadet Secretary of the Office of Agricultural Economics, assigned Mr. Chaitat Uyathumrongsit, Director of the Public Relations Division, as the representative of the Secretariat Office to transfer (donate) a government vehicle, which had been replaced and was no longer required for government use, to Yang Hak Temple, Tha Pha Subdistrict, Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province, for continued use in Buddhist activities. The vehicle was received by Phra Kru Panyavaranuwat, the abbot of Yang Hak Temple.
The transfer (donation) of this government vehicle was conducted in accordance with the Government Procurement and Supplies Management Act B.E. 2560 (2017), Section 112 and Section 113, together with the Ministry of Finance's regulations on government procurement and supplies management B.E. 2560 (2017), Clause 215, regarding the disposal of supplies by transfer (donation) to charitable organizations under Section 47 (7) of the Revenue Code (which includes "temples"). Proper documentation of the handover was also maintained.
