OST. participated in the fresh flower wreath-laying ceremony in honor of the Father of Royal Rainmaking Day, 2024.

On November 14, 2024, Mr. Siprai Bunyadet Secretary of the Office of Agricultural Economics, joined in a floral wreath-laying ceremony to pay respects and express gratitude for the boundless kindness of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, the Father of Royal Rainmaking, in commemoration of the Father of Royal Rainmaking Day, 2024. The event was presided over by Prof. Dr. Narumon Pinyosinwat, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, at the multi-purpose courtyard of the Ratthaprasasan Phakdi Building, Government Complex on Chaeng Watthana Road, Lak Si District, Bangkok.

The 2024 Father of Royal Rainmaking Day celebration is being held from November 13–15, featuring an exhibition under the theme “In Honor of His Majesty’s 72nd Birthday: The King’s Legacy of Continuation, Conservation, and Development as the Father of Royal Rainmaking.” The Office of Agricultural Economics is participating by showcasing a Big Data dashboard for monitoring and tracking drought risk levels, utilizing a drought index as part of this year’s exhibition.
