The Secretariat participated in the 2024 Agricultural and Tourism Festival: The Beautiful Flower Road Along Phayao Lake.
On December 29, 2024, the Office of the Secretariat, through its Public Relations Division, participated in organizing an exhibition for the Office of Agricultural Economics and attended the opening ceremony of the “2024 Agricultural and Tourism Festival: The Beautiful Flower Road Along Phayao Lake.” The event took place at the King Ngam Muang Monument Plaza, by Phayao Lake and Chai Kwan Road, Phayao Province.
The ceremony was presided over by Prof. Dr. Narumon Pinyosinwat, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, with a report delivered by Mr. Prayoon Insakul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
The Office of Agricultural Economics provided agricultural economic information at the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives’ booth, housed in the “Piroon Ratcha Agricultural Center.” The event featured various activities, including parades, agricultural and local product sales, exhibitions, agricultural research and innovation showcases, skill-building workshops for career advancement in agriculture, cooking demonstrations, knowledge exchanges with Young Smart Farmers, and a range of agricultural services. Additionally, there were high-quality local and agricultural products, music performances, animal displays, and many other engaging activities.
The festival was held from December 27, 2024, to January 5, 2025.
