Training Program: “Enhancing Operational Efficiency in Disbursement”
On February 27–28, 2025, Office of the Secretary, through the Human Resource Development Division, is organizing a training program on “Enhancing Operational Efficiency in Disbursement” at Meeting Room 3, 3rd Floor, Innovation Building, and via Zoom Cloud Meeting.
The training aims to equip OAE personnel responsible for disbursement with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various financial regulations, including:
• Expense disbursement for training, seminars, events, and international meetings
• Administrative expenses for government agencies
• Disbursement of financial entitlements for government personnel
Participants will gain insights into proper procedures and operational processes in compliance with regulations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and uniformity across the organization. The program also emphasizes maximizing the benefits of government spending.
The training features renowned speakers from the Comptroller General’s Department, who will share their expertise and experiences with relevant personnel from OAE’s bureaus, centers, divisions, and direct-affiliated units, as well as Regional Agricultural Economics Offices 1–12.
