study the development of sustainable palm oil smallholder groups (RSPO group) and establish a management system to ensure production in accordance with RSPO standards, to develop palm oil production of small-scale farmers to meet the RSPO standards, and to build cooperation between farmer institution and palm oil mill and farmers in the area to have palm oil production operations in accordance with RSPO standards.
