Dr. Somnuek Sriplang was born on March 15, 1931 at Nong Chok Subdistrict, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province. He is the eldest son of Khun Phon Phalarak (Phon Sri Plang) and Mrs. Kloi Sri Plang. Dr. Somnuk Sriplang received his early education from the local school at Wat Nong Chok, Nong Chok Subdistrict, Tha Yang District, Phetchaburi Province, where he was born. and studied in secondary school in Phetchaburi Province Later, he came to study preparatory school in Bangkok at Sitabutbamrung School. |
