This study on supply chain management and management guidelines aimed to increase the value of agricultural waste materials, focusing on rice straw. The objective was to examine the supply chain management model of utilizing rice straw waste and create guidelines for increasing its value. Interviews were conducted with farmers who were members of large plot groups that received rice straw compactor support. The study covered 16 plots, 160 sample farmers, 20 entrepreneurs/collectors, and 20 rice straw users in four provinces: Samut Prakan, Chachoengsao, Prachinburi, and Sa Kaeo. A total of 200 cases were examined, including a focus group of individuals involved in rice straw management.
