The research on supply chain management and management approaches to increase the value of agricultural waste materials, specifically rice straw, aimed to study the supply chain management model of rice straw and develop management approaches to enhance its value. Data were collected through interviews with farmers who were members of the largescale rice production group that purchased rice straw presses under the project to upgrade large-scale fields with modern agriculture and market linkage in 2021. These farmers produced rice in the 2021/22 crop year and upland rice in 2025. The study involved 37 groups of farmers, totaling 148 individuals, as well as 20 entrepreneurs/collectors and 20 rice straw users in Chiang Mai, Lampang, Chiang Rai, and Phayao provinces, totaling 188 individuals. Additionally, feedback was gathered through a focus group from stakeholders involved in rice straw management.
