The study on the development of Lady Finger bananas' production and marketing potential in Kamphaeng Phet Province aimed to provide farmers and stakeholders with information to support decision-making in sustainable production management and planning. The research was conducted through interviews with Lady Finger banana farmers and business operators in Kamphaeng Phet Province in 2022. Data analysis utilized SWOT analysis and the TOWS Matrix to formulate strategies for enhancing the production and marketing potential of Lady Finger bananas. Data on production and marketing activities were collected for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2022, through interviews with 153 farmers. The study’s findings were as follows.
