ROAE2 Director follows up the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Phrae
17-18 May 2024 -- Mrs. Thunphitcha Theraratchanon, Director of the ROAE2 (Phitsanulok), visited the area to follow up with the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Captain Thammanat Phromphao) in the area of Phrae Province. Together with the administrators of the Kasetsart University, representatives and heads of government agencies under the Kasetsart University, Phrae province, in inspecting the government service. To receive results of driving the work along with listening to problems and the needs of farmers in the area. There were 2 locations as follows:
Location 1: Mae Yom weir, Song district, consisting of various activities including:
- Giving land title deed O.P.O. for Agriculture.
- Providing rice seeds to farmers in the seed replacement project.
- Giving mulberry trees to new farmers.
- Providing subsidies for the fiscal year 2024 to the Sung Men Agricultural Cooperative and the Rong Kwang Agricultural Cooperative.
- Giving GAP certificates according to the MOU between the Department of Agricultural Extension and the Department of Agriculture.
- Giving hemp seeds.
- Releasing fish in Mae Yom weir.
Location 2: Mae Khammi Reservoir construction site, Huai Rong subdistrict, Rong Kwang district, consisting of various activities including:
- Giving hemp seeds.
- Providing fish species to release in community water sources.
- Providing Arabica coffee seedlings of K.W.K. Chiang Mai 80 variety to Supanimit Huai Rong Agricultural Cooperative, Phai Thon, a collaboration between the Department of Agriculture. with the Cooperative Promotion Department.
- Visiting the exhibition of agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
