Missions
- Proposing policies and develop strategies, development plans and agricultural measures at the local level.
- Studying, analyzing and researching agricultural economics, including preparing reports on agricultural economic situations at the local level.
- Monitoring and evaluating important plans/projects of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and integrating with local agencies.

Organizational culture of the ROAE2

Objectives
- Leading organization in agricultural development and a center for agricultural information at the local level.
- Developing the organization into a modern civil service system and enhance the potential of personnel to support the missions of the ROAE2 and the OAE.
Goals
- Having an agricultural information database system, information on important agricultural products at the provincial level, research/evaluation results, and agricultural development plans that respond to the needs of the area.
- Personnel have been developed in their potential to work proactively, thinking systematically, having a positive attitude towards work, having leadership and applying technology to their work.
Indicators and Target Values
- Having an agricultural information database system and the data is updated at least once a month.
- Preparing economic data or report on agricultural product situation analysis at the provincial level at least 2 times/province/year.
- Development plans/agricultural measures/policy proposals/agricultural situation analysis reports have been approved for use in 2 cases/year.
- Presenting research results in academic forums to relevant committees/subcommittees through various channels, 2 topics/year.
- Personnel of the ROAE2 have developed their potential in proactive work, systematic thinking, positive attitude in work, leadership and development in digital technology no less than 80 percent per year.
