On September 10, 2024, Ms. Thanphicha Theraratchanon, Director of Office of Agricultural Economics Region 2 (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Ms. Suthatip Srisanphakit, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Plan Division, and officers of the Agricultural Information Division to join the fish release activity into the Bang Rakam Model project area at Khlong Yaeng Mum, Village No. 10, Tha Chang Subdistrict, Phrom Phiram District, Phitsanulok Province, with Mr. Phusit Somchit, Governor of Phitsanulok Province, and Ms. Tassanee Muangkaew, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Inspection Area 17, as the chairpersons of the said activity.

In this regard, Ms. Suthatip joined the area to monitor the water situation at Ban Mai Pho Thong Water Gate, Village No. 11, Phrom Phiram Subdistrict, Phrom Phiram District, Bang Kaew Water Gate, Village No. 15, Bang Rakam Subdistrict, and inspected the way of life of farmers in the water retention area. Khlong Pla Krai Community (Floating House), Processing of aquatic products of the Pla Salid and Pla Tapien large plot groups, Village No. 6, Chumsaeng Songkhram Subdistrict, Bang Rakam District, and the fresh fish purchasing point, Village No. 3, Chumsaeng Songkhram Subdistrict, Bang Rakam District, Phitsanulok Province. In addition, the large plot groups have requested support for a solar energy dryer, which the Director has assigned the Agriculture and Cooperatives Office of Phitsanulok Province to coordinate with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation to support the group’s needs.
