On Thursday, October 31, 2024, Ms. Thanphicha Theraratchanon, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 2 (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), assigned Mr. Chalermsin Inchaisri, a statistician, to attend the 10th/2024 meeting of the Phitsanulok Provincial Committee and Heads of Government Agencies in October 2024 at the Phra Phuttha Chinnarat Meeting Room (771), 7th Floor, Phitsanulok Provincial Hall, chaired by Mr. Songphon Wichaikhatkha, Deputy Governor/Acting Governor of Phitsanulok Province.

The objectives of the meeting were as follows:
- Awarding of plaques of honor/awarding of certificates of honor/awarding of certificates of honor
- Forecast of weather conditions in Phitsanulok Province in November 2024
- Summarizing the budget disbursement results of Phitsanulok Province Fiscal Year 2025
